  • Parcels are sent via courier with online tracking and signature-free collection.

  • The shipping charges in the table below for countries in the EU FREE DELIVERY zone are on the shop's side for orders with a value of more than 100 Euro or the equivalent amount if another order currency converted at the European Central Bank exchange rate is selected.
  • We recommend that you group items together in one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each order separately.
  • We pay particular attention to the protection of the products ordered. The boxes are the right size and the products are well protected and the parcel is insured.
  • In the event of visible external damage to the packaging or if the products may have been sealed with tape without our logo, request a damage report from the courier.
